Online purchases can be canceled within 7 calendar days of receiving the product, according to the Consumer Protection Code.
To request a return, the customer must contact our team, informing them of the order number and the reason for the request.

For a return to be accepted, the product must:

Be in good condition
Be returned with all items sent
After receiving the returned product, an analysis will be carried out to confirm the item's condition. Damage caused by improper use, drops, misuse, or natural wear and tear is not eligible for exchange or refund.

5. Shipping Costs
If the problem is a product defect or an order error, the shipping cost will be the responsibility of Aldeia Geek.
In cases of exchanges due to customer preference, the shipping cost may be the customer's responsibility.
6. Refund Processing
After the return is approved, the refund will be processed using the same payment method used for the purchase, whenever possible.
The time it takes for the funds to appear in the customer's account may vary depending on the payment platform or financial institution.
7. Made-to-Order Products
Some Aldeia Geek products, such as 3D printed items, may be made to order. In these cases, refund or return requests may be analyzed individually, especially when there is no defect in the product. However, exchanges cannot be made because the product is made to order and specifically for the customer.
